Congratulations to Michelle Rescigno, Soprano, who was selected by audition to represent Pocono Mountain West at
the PMEA District 10 Chorus! This year’s event was hosted by Brandywine Heights H.S. on February 7 – 9, 2008.
The Monroe/Pike County Chorus was hosted by Mrs. Mandy Gambal, PMWHS Choral Director, and Mrs. Carrie Stein,
PMEHS Choral Director, at PMW H.S. on November 14, 2007. The guest conductor was Mr. Joseph Farrell, Director
of Choirs in Derry Township School District.  

Approximately 130 students from the following schools were selected by their directors to participate:

Pocono Mountain Panther Music Boosters (PMPMB)
The PMPMB is a non-profit volunteer association whose purpose is to support and promote
the activities of the music departments of the
Pocono Mountain West junior and senior high
schools. We do this by linking the students, families, faculty and community at large, in support
of the belief that the arts compliment the development of the well-rounded student.
Please join Mrs. Mandy Gambal and the Pocono Mountain
West H.S. choral students for their Spring Concert on
Saturday, April 26th. The performance begins at 7:30pm in
the PM West H.S. auditorium.
